Kin Sun Moulding Limited (Hong Kong) was established in March 1980. August 1992, Kin Fat Plastic Products Factory (Kin Sun's subsidiary) set up in Dongguan Tai Long. Today, Kin Fat has over 150 staffs and 60 of them are specialized in skill development. T he plant size is over 5000m2 and the t otal investment in both the plant and human resources is over 25,000,000. Besides, we also have 7 CNC, 11 EDM, several die casting machine from 350 to 800 tones, 10 plastic machines from 90 to 450 tones and many more different machinery to meet the company needs and market development.
We specialized in plastic, phenolice, zinc, copper, precision clamp, aluminum alloy die cast moulds making for home appliances, furniture fitting, illumination fitting and precision parts of locomotives and cars and selling afar to Europe, America, Japan, Iran, China, Hong Kong etc.

Besides, we adopt the ISO9001 quality management system and the 6S conventional management system to ensure the high quality of our products. In addition, we also adopt CAD/CAM system to design model and CIMITRON, PRO-ENGINEER, MASTER CAM, UG, AUTOCAD2000 System to design and manufacture.
